Pork Ragu

We take Heirloom Pork and Guanciale....grind it up and cook it low and slow with sofrito, dry sherry, san marzanos, sea salt, herbs, and spices.  This ragu does contain a little bit of heavy cream.

10oz containers.  Enough to pair with one 8oz package of pasta.
