Mushroom “Bolognese”

Vegetarian 'Bolognese' - but this stuff is so good you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy it!  

We take mushrooms and cook them down with butter, chianti, mirapoix, leeks, garlic, EVOO, and San Marzanos.  We then finish with herbs, spices, sea salt, and preserved lemons.  

We sell these in 10 oz containers - enough for one package of 8oz pasta.
